Twenty Wests Tigers development players are gearing up for the Cubs' Tour to Northern NSW.
The talented Under 16s team, selected from the Wests Tigers Cubs Program (White), will face off against a Gold Coast Titans team at Bilambil in the Tweed Shire next Thursday.
The White Cubs program is designed for players aiming to progress from Development programs to the Harold Matthews Cup in 2024, with a strong focus on education and skill development.
This tour is the culmination of their hard work and dedication.
The squad will depart for Byron Bay this Sunday, where they will participate in various activities and sessions, including physical training, wellbeing workshops, and community visits.
Joining the team as tour leaders are Wests Tigers Wellbeing & Education Officer, Feleti Mateo, and coach, Tony Bazouni, among others.
This Cubs' Tour promises to be an exciting and enriching experience for these young rugby league players as they continue to grow and develop in their sport.
