Las Vegas: This week, Stephen Crichton finds himself as the most celebrated NRL player in Las Vegas.
Witnessing the excitement surrounding the Canterbury captain firsthand reveals that he is poised to become one of the most esteemed figures in rugby league.
During a Bulldogs fan day held inside Zouk nightclub, players sat at tables to sign autographs, with Crichton being the last player in line.
Fans eagerly awaited their chance to meet the captain, requesting signatures, selfies, and even quick FaceTime calls to friends and family back in Australia.
As he concluded the lengthy signing event, we inquired whether Crichton was aware of his rising fame.
"It's pretty crazy," he said. "You never think you will make it this far, and you're always truly grateful for the position you're in. You never know when it will all be taken away from you. Footy won't be here forever, so while you're here, you need to lap it up and enjoy these experiences."
