Craig Bellamy, after leading the Melbourne Storm to consecutive grand finals, is reportedly considering an extension to his coaching tenure amidst ongoing speculation about a potential move to the Gold Coast Titans.

Celebrated as one of the premier coaches in NRL history, alongside notable figures like Ivan Cleary, Jack Gibson, Tim Sheens, and Wayne Bennett, Bellamy has steered the Storm to five premierships and 11 grand final appearances since his appointment in 2003.

Recently rumored to be linked with the Gold Coast Titans post his current contract expiration at the end of next season, Bellamy is poised to make significant decisions about his coaching future.

According to The Courier-Mail, he is contemplating extending his coaching role with the Storm for another year, potentially lasting until the end of 2027, before transitioning to a coaching director position in 2028.

While candidates like Billy Slater or Matt King are anticipated to succeed Bellamy upon his retirement, it is believed the Storm are optimistic about his commitment and expect him to finalize an extension.
