Notably, Tom Trbojevic will transition from fullback to centre for just his sixth club game in that position.
Lehi Hopoate will assume the fullback role, aligning with his preferred position.
Trbojevic expressed confidence in the change, stating, "I had a lot of input from the coaches, but we've got someone like Lehi there who's very good at fullback.
I'm not unfamiliar with playing centre, I've done it before.
It'll be a different challenge for me and one I'm excited for."
Additionally, speedy winger Jason Saab has been dropped from the 17-man squad, pushing Reuben Garrick to the right wing.
Jazz Tevaga will replace Lachlan Croker at hooker, and Corey Waddell steps in for the injured Haumole Olakau'atu.
