Cowboys players Vailea and Bateman are facing potential suspensions following recent matches.
Vailea has been charged with a "Grade 2 Dangerous Contact offence," resulting in a one-game ban if he enters an early guilty plea.
Should he contest the charge and be found guilty, the punishment escalates to two games.
Similarly, Bateman faces a one-game suspension for a "Grade 2 Tripping offence" related to an incident involving Shawn Blore in the ninth minute of their clash at AAMI Stadium.
If he chooses to challenge the charge and is unsuccessful, he could also face a two-game ban.
Additionally, Dolphins centre Herbie Farnworth has been charged and will incur a $1000 fine for a "Careless High Tackle" with an early guilty plea.
If he fights the charge and is deemed guilty, the fine increases to $1500.
