In the lead up to the 2025 NRL season, the North Queensland Cowboys are gearing up for a challenging campaign as they seek to find their rhythm and consistency.

Coach Todd Payten's squad will have their work cut out for them with a fixture list that is set to test their abilities across the board.

According to a report from zerotackle.com, here is a breakdown of what lies ahead for the Cowboys in 2025.

Teams that the Cowboys will face twice include the Manly Sea Eagles in Round 1 and 11, the Cronulla Sharks in Round 2 and 22, the Brisbane Broncos in Round 3 and 26, the Penrith Panthers in Round 5 and 10, the Gold Coast Titans in Round 8 and 17, the Wests Tigers in Round 13 and 25, the Melbourne Storm in Round 14 and 18, and the new kids on the block, The Dolphins in Round 15 and 20.

While the Cowboys' list of double-up opponents may not be the toughest in the league, it certainly won't be a walk in the park either.

Facing teams like the Panthers and Storm twice will surely provide a tough challenge, and taking on the Sharks and Sea Eagles from last year's top eight will require the Cowboys to be at the top of their game.

As they gear up for the season ahead, the North Queensland Cowboys will need to dig deep, stay focused, and rally together as a team to tackle the challenges that lay before them on the field in 2025.
