The NRL's match review committee has issued ten charges following a chaotic Saturday of action in Round 4.
Only two of the charges result in suspensions, with St George Illawarra Dragons' Emre Guler and Canterbury Bulldogs' Sitili Tupouniua facing time on the sidelines.
Guler was charged with a crusher tackle on Shawn Blore during the Dragons' match against the Melbourne Storm.
Despite being a Grade 1 charge, Guler is facing a possible three-match suspension due to previous offenses.
He could miss games against the Parramatta Eels, Gold Coast Titans, and Manly Sea Eagles with an early guilty plea, or risk a fourth match on Anzac Day against the Sydney Roosters if he chooses to fight the charge.
