Jesse McLean helped Penrith win the NSW Cup premiership before securing a two-year deal with Canterbury-Bankstown.
In 21 appearances, the 21-year-old scored 16 tries and made 15 linebreaks, averaging five tackle busts and more than 150 running metres per game.
His form earned him selection in the NSW Cup Team of the Year.
Bulldogs General Manager of Football Phil Gould AM said McLean's experience was valuable despite his age.
"Despite only being 21-years old Jesse has built up valuable experience as an outside back since making his NRL debut in 2023," he said.
"His ability to play in the centres and on the wing will not only add depth to the roster, but we also believe he can compete for a starting spot next season."
"Jesse was a stand-out in NSW Cup this year and we're excited to see him take his game to the next level."
McLean will join the Bulldogs for pre-season training when it begins in November.
