NRLW Round 4 Match Preview: Bulldogs Face Off Against Defending Champions

The Canterbury Bulldogs have made a significant impact in their inaugural NRLW season but faced their first setback last weekend, losing to the Dragons after conceding a last-minute try.

This defeat marks their first loss of the season.

Now, they have an opportunity to assert themselves as serious premiership contenders, with halfback Tayla Preston looking to guide her team to a decisive victory.

The Bulldogs will be energized by the return of Co-Captain Angelina Teakaraanga-Katoa, who comes back from suspension and aims to lead her side against her former team.

Additionally, Pani Hopoate, another former Rooster, is set to deliver a strong performance as a key player off the bench-she has already accumulated an impressive 394 meters in 92 minutes this season.

On the other side, the reigning premiers are keen to maintain their undefeated streak as they prepare to challenge the Bulldogs at Allianz Stadium this Saturday.

John Strange's team is off to a solid start this season, having made a notable statement with a close four-point win over the Broncos in Brisbane last week.
