Josiah Pahulu was named the Gold Coast Titans' Rookie of the Year after making his NRL debut in Round 5, 2024.
The 22-year-old prop has played 23 NRL games for the Titans and Melbourne Storm.
The Canberra Raiders have signed Pahulu on a one-year deal, adding a young front-rower to their squad.
Raiders NRL Recruitment Manager Chris Hutchison said Pahulu would strengthen the team and that he looked forward to his arrival for pre-season.
"Josiah is an explosive young forward, and we're excited to see what he can bring to the Canberra Raiders," Hutchison said.
"He's a big, mobile front-rower who has shown plenty of ability so far in his early career. We have a strong crop of young forwards here at the Raiders and Josiah will only add to that."
