Canberra will make its first NRLW finals appearance against the Wests Tigers at Campbelltown Sports Stadium on Friday, September 18.
The match is scheduled to begin at 7.50pm, with the Raiders retaining the same squad that defeated the Tigers in Round 11.
Sheridan Gallagher, Isabella Waterman, Leianne Tufuga, Bobbi Law and Mackenzie Wiki are named in the backline.
Krystal Blackwell joins captain Zahara Temara in the halves, while Chloe Saunders, Chanté Temara and Sophie Holyman form the opening forward group.
Jordyn Preston, Charlotte Basham and Hollie-Mae Dodd are also included among the starting players.
Emma Barnes, Grace Kemp, Lili Boyle and Grace Kukutai are listed on the interchange bench.
Ellie Brander, Sereana Naitokatoka, Madison Bartlett, Madyson Tooth and Relna Wuruki-Hosea complete Canberra's 22-player squad.
