Lipoi Hopoi will begin Canberra's pre-season in early November while recovering from a knee injury sustained in the NSW Cup's final round.
The 24-year-old forward will join the Canberra Raiders alongside Jaiyden Hunt on two-year contracts.
Hopoi debuted with the Bulldogs in 2024 and has appeared in 17 NRL games across the past two seasons.
He has demonstrated versatility across every forward position in both the NRL and NSW Cup.
Hunt, 28, brings 40 NRL appearances accumulated over six seasons with Brisbane and St George Illawarra.
Although primarily a second-rower in the NRL, he has also played front row during 70 NSW and Queensland Cup matches.
Raiders NRL Recruitment Manager Chris Hutchison said the signings would support both players' continued development.
"I'm really looking forward to having both of these guys join the club for the next two seasons," Hutchison said.
"Jaiyden is a hard-working player and he will bring a lot of value and experience to the club, having been apart of a premiership squad last year.
"Lipoi is a player we've watched for years. He's another hard-working middle forward who is capable of playing big minutes and a player who we believe can make the next step in his young NRL career," Hutchison added.
