The Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs secured their seventh win of the season, celebrating their first Magic Round victory with a 38-18 triumph over the Gold Coast Titans.
The match began explosively for the Bulldogs, who scored two tries within the first 11 minutes.
The first came from Jacob Kiraz, who capitalized on a high ball thanks to a setup by Toby Sexton in the fourth minute.
Following this, Connor Tracey crossed the line untouched after Jacob Preston delivered a smart offload while being tackled.
In response, the Titans rallied with back-to-back tries, courtesy of Beau Fermor and Phillip Sami.
However, their momentum was hampered as they faced penalties for repeated off-sides, leading to Brian Kelly's temporary dismissal from the game.
Bulldogs captain Stephen Crichton then converted a penalty goal, giving his team a 14-8 lead at halftime.
