The Bulldogs are gearing up for a memorable start at Salter Oval in Bundy, as they team up once more with the Walk With Me 4 Autism All Abilities Rugby League Program for an uplifting curtain-raiser.
This touching event will kick off proceedings before the NRL Telstra Premiership Round 24 showdown between the Bulldogs and Dolphins.
Founded by Bundaberg locals Sonya Olsen and Judy Fenn, the Walk With Me 4 Autism Rugby League Program offers an inclusive rugby league experience for individuals with special needs.
This year, just like in the past, the program will showcase its talented participants on the main stage before the NRL action begins, adding a special flair to the Bulldogs' game day.
While some of the participants may be feeling a bit nervous, they are mostly excited about hitting the field at Salter Oval in front of the home crowd.
The matches will take place on the main field between 1:00pm and 2:10pm, showcasing the spirit of rugby league and the power of inclusivity in sport.
