The Canterbury Bulldogs have undergone a significant transformation in their roster over the past few years.
Since Phil Gould's appointment as director of football, and Cameron Ciraldo taking over as head coach, virtually none of the original squad remains.
The team's recruitment has been notably aggressive, arguably one of the most extensive seen in the sport, and its effectiveness is evident.
In Ciraldo's initial season, the Bulldogs were at the bottom of the league, struggling to compete effectively.
However, they have since qualified for the finals series for the second consecutive year and even contended for the minor premiership for much of the season.
Despite this progress, it is clear that the Bulldogs are not done with their recruitment efforts. They are actively seeking more players to complement their long-term contracts and are also nurturing their junior pathway, which is beginning to show promise.
