The Canterbury Bulldogs continue to shine with several unexpected success stories, including talents like Jacob Kiraz, Max King, Bronson Xerri, and Jacob Preston.

One standout among the rising stars is Harry Hayes, who has earned the reputation of being 'Mr. Consistent' since his debut last year. His work ethic and performance have made him a key player for the team in the NRL.

As reported by the Daily Telegraph, Hayes is poised to receive a new multi-year contract, securing his position at Belmore as the Bulldogs aim for a premiership. This move comes as Hayes had a year left on his existing contract and would have been eligible to negotiate with other clubs starting November 1, prompting the team's urgency in finalizing his extension.

Since entering the NRL, Hayes has impressed by taking on various roles, playing in the front row, second row, and off the bench across 26 games. His adaptability as a forward complements fellow teammate Josh Curran, adding significant strength to the Bulldogs' lineup.
