For the second consecutive year, the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs collaborated with Young Academics Early Learning Centre during NAIDOC Week to celebrate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures.

This vibrant event promoted culture, community, and connection, featuring Bulldogs players Josh Curran (Dharug Tribe) and Blake Taaffe (Bidjigal Tribe) as they engaged young learners in understanding the world's oldest living cultures.

The day was filled with interactive educational activities, including storytelling, art, sensory exploration, and traditional games.

A standout moment was the yarning circle story time, where players and children came together to read Indigenous stories that highlighted the significance of listening and sharing.

The event concluded with outdoor play, where children participated in Indigenous-inspired games, further reinforcing the themes of connection, movement, and cultural respect.
