"His knowledge and expertise will be sorely missed, but we understand and support his decision to relocate for family reasons.

We wish him all the best for the future."

Brown's departure is a blow for the Eels as they continue to rebuild and strengthen their pathways program in order to develop the next generation of NRL stars.

His impact on the club's elite pathways program has been significant, and his departure will undoubtedly be felt by the players and staff at Parramatta.

However, the Eels remain optimistic about the future and are committed to finding a suitable replacement to continue the progress that Brown has helped to instill within the club's pathways program.
