Broncos reveal signings; secrets tackled, no longer hidden

The Brisbane Broncos have officially confirmed the signing of Melbourne Storm outside back Grant Anderson on a two-year contract for the 2026 and 2027 NRL seasons.

Although widely anticipated within the rugby league community, the announcement solidifies the Broncos' efforts to strengthen their roster for the future.

Anderson brings with him over 35 games of first-grade experience and will help bolster the outside back position, especially as Selwyn Cobbo is set to leave the team at the end of the current season.

Versatile in his playing ability, Anderson can fill roles at fullback, wing, or centre, having already made a notable impact this season by scoring ten tries in 12 games and averaging an impressive 142 running metres per match.

Broncos GM of Football Troy Thomson praised Anderson's capabilities, stating, "Grant is a great footballer with a proven ability at NRL level, and we're confident he'll be a valuable addition to the Broncos both on and off the field."
