The Brisbane Broncos have confirmed that Reece Walsh will be sidelined due to a knee injury.
During a recent game, Walsh injured himself in the first half but continued playing until the end, helping the New Zealand Warriors secure a two-point win in golden point.
The Broncos provided an update stating, "Reece has sustained a PCL injury and will undergo a scan early this week on return to Australia to understand the full extent." They further mentioned, "At this stage, it's expected he'll miss 4-6 weeks but the Club will provide a further update later this week." It was later confirmed that Walsh will be out for four to six weeks due to the PCL injury and scans will be conducted upon his return to Australia.
