The Brisbane Broncos have received a massive shot in the arm as coach Kevin Walters confirmed that a quartet of key players will be back in action for their round eight showdown with the Wests Tigers.

This news comes at a crucial time for the injury-plagued Broncos, who are gearing up to face the rampaging Raiders this weekend.

Star prop Payne Haas, speedster Deine Mariner, skipper Adam Reynolds, and second-rower Brendan Piakura are all on track to make their return next week.

While they won't be available for the clash against the Raiders, Walters expressed confidence in their recovery progress.

"(Haas) will be good to go next week," Walters declared ahead of Saturday's game.

"Adam is looking sharp in training, which is a promising sign for us.

Jock Madden has been putting in the hard yards at halfback, and Brendan Piakura is also shaping up well.

We need to focus on the task at hand this week and deliver a strong performance in front of the home crowd."

The Broncos are hoping that the return of these key players will provide a much-needed boost as they look to turn their season around and make a push up the ladder.

With their sights set on a strong finish to the season, the Broncos are determined to rise to the occasion and show their fans what they are capable of on the field.
