Broncos Grand Final Ban as History Proves NRLW is 'Not a Two-Horse Race'

Broncos coach Scott Prince has prohibited his players from discussing the grand final or the minor premiers, the Sydney Roosters, as the NRLW giants strive to reach their first decider in five years.

Despite claims that the NRLW is merely a competition between the Roosters and the Broncos-whose only defeat this season came against the 2024 champions-the Broncos have faced similar challenges in recent years, ultimately falling short of the grand final.

In both 2021 and 2024, the Broncos held the title of minor premiers but were unable to progress to the grand final, while the Roosters, having been minor premiers in 2022, also missed the decider after being defeated by the Eels.
