The Brisbane Broncos have announced a change to their team lineup for their upcoming match against the Manly Sea Eagles.

Speedy outside back Josiah Karapani will be making his NRL debut, stepping up to fill the void left by Reece Walsh who was ruled out due to knee soreness.

This last-minute switcheroo has added an extra layer of excitement to the Magic Round showdown at Suncorp Stadium.

Karapani, a rising star at just 22 years old, has been turning heads with his performances for Broncos Affiliate Burleigh Bears in the HostPlus Cup.

Since joining the Broncos from South Sydney in the off-season, he's been lighting up the field with six tries in eight games and an impressive average of 153 running metres per game.

His inclusion in the team is sure to inject some fresh flair and energy into the Broncos' lineup.

In other changes for the Broncos, playmaker Jock Madden is set to return to the No.7 jersey after sitting out last week's match against the Eels.

His presence back on the field adds another dimension to the Broncos' attacking prowess, with Josh Rogers stepping aside after a solid effort in the previous game.

The Broncos are looking to build on their recent success and continue their winning streak with these strategic lineup adjustments.
