The Brisbane Broncos have shown their dominance once again by winning the second NRL Pre-Season Challenge.
After coming so close to victory in the 2023 NRL premiership, only to be defeated in the final minutes by the Panthers, the Broncos have come out on top in the pre-season competition.
They proved their strength by demolishing the North Queensland Cowboys in their first trial match with a resounding 46-20 victory.
The following week, even without their top squad who were overseas preparing to face the Sydney Roosters, the Broncos still managed to defeat the Manly Sea Eagles confidently, finishing with a score of 40-14.
Although both the Broncos and Roosters finished the competition with 28 points, it was the Broncos who took home the title thanks to their superior for-and-against record, and they also walked away with a well-deserved $100,000 prize.
