As the current season wraps up, NRL teams are starting to announce the players who will be leaving their rosters ahead of the 2027 season.
The Brisbane Broncos have revealed that seven players will exit the club following this year's campaign, after a challenging season where they became the first premiership team since 2005 to fail to qualify for the finals the subsequent year.
Captain Adam Reynolds and front-rower Corey Jensen have both chosen to retire.
In addition, Grant Anderson will join the Warriors, Gehamat Shibasaki is moving to the Perth Bears, and Payne Haas will play for the Rabbitohs.
Jesse Arthars will depart after signing with the Catalans Dragons in the Super League, while Delouise Hoeter will also leave the organization.
Well-regarded by his teammates, Hoeter played in nine matches for the Broncos since his debut in 2022.
He has also played seven games for the Wests Tigers and made one international appearance for Tonga.
In a surprising turn, Jack Gosiewski, Josh Rogers, and Jaiyden Hunt do not have contracts for 2027, with Hunt reportedly linked to a two-year deal with the Canberra Raiders.
