Ali Brigginshaw will play her final match before retirement when Brisbane meet Sydney Roosters next Sunday in the NRLW grand final.
The defending premiers booked their place with a 20-8 preliminary-final win over Gold Coast at Robina, extending their winning streak to five.
Brisbane will contest its fifth grand final and has won all four previous appearances. The Broncos beat the Roosters 22-18 last year.
Coach Scott Prince said "going back to the grand final" was among the goals set by the team at the season's start.
Brisbane surged to a 20-4 halftime lead after scoring four tries, with Tamika Upton, Jesse Southwell and Romy Teitzel helping expose the Titans' defence.
"When you play finals footy the starts of games set you up and the girls have been able to do that the last three weeks," Prince said.
Gold Coast had won 10 straight matches before the loss. Lock Sienna Lofipo left late in the first half with a suspected broken jaw, while fullback Lily Patston later departed under a category one HIA.
Titans coach Karyn Murphy called the opening "not us" and said the team had to adjust after losing Lofipo.
"But I was super proud of them in the second half, just the fight and the effort to go right through to the siren." Murphy said.
Murphy said the players were hurting after falling short of their grand-final goal, but the club would remind them of their season.
