Broncos chief executive Dave Donaghy says the club is contacting members early to explain its 2027 packages and help them choose an option.
"We're getting in touch with members early to help them find the right fit for 2027," he told News Corp.
Supporters have questioned higher prices, with one annual membership reportedly rising from $250 last year to $395 in 2027.
Another fan told the publication that two premium seats near halfway at Suncorp Stadium would cost $2,098 in 2027, up from $1,738 in 2025.
Donaghy said price changes reflected the end of discounts or changes to packages, and defended membership as the best-value way to attend home games.
"Some prices are changing as discounted offers finish or packages change, but membership remains the best value way to watch the Broncos at Suncorp Stadium. "A new member can get a reserved seat for all 12 home games for under $300, which works out to $25 a game, and that's even lower if you're an existing member."
The criticism follows Brisbane's disappointing 2026 title defence: after winning the 2025 premiership, the Broncos managed eight victories and narrowly avoided the wooden spoon.
Despite the poor season, the club continues to draw large crowds at Suncorp Stadium and remains among the NRL's top clubs for commercial revenue.
