Dave Ballard moved into the General Manager of NRL Football role after Troy Thomson became the Broncos' Executive General Manager of Football.
Brisbane has appointed Jon Clarke as Head of Performance ahead of the 2027 NRL season.
Clarke joins from Manly Warringah, where he held the same position for the past three seasons.
His performance experience spans rugby league and rugby union at club and international level.
His roles have included work with Warrington Wolves, England Rugby and the British & Irish Lions.
In 2023, he led the Wallabies' strength and conditioning team.
As a player, Clarke made more than 350 Super League appearances for Wigan, London, Warrington and Widnes.
Thomson said Clarke's background would strengthen the Broncos' football department.
"JC has worked at the highest levels of rugby league and rugby union, and brings a depth of experience that will be valuable to the entire football program," Thomson said.
He added: "He's respected for the standards he sets and the relationships he builds with players and staff. We're excited to welcome him to the Broncos."
