The Gold Coast Titans have been dealt a blow ahead of their clash with the Sharks in Coffs Harbour, with AJ Brimson and Phil Sami ruled out of the match.
Brimson, who was set to make his return from a groin injury, has been sidelined for another week as a precautionary measure.
Sami, on the other hand, has been withdrawn after suffering a calf strain during training.
With Brimson and Sami out, Jacob Alick-Wiencke will step into the centres for the Titans, while Tanah Boyd makes his return from a wrist injury to partner Kieran Foran in the halves.
The rest of the team remains unchanged, with Iszac Fa'asuamaleaui and Jaylan De Groot remaining on the bench.
The Titans will need to dig deep and show some true grit in the absence of Brimson and Sami.
It's a tough blow for the team, but they'll need to rally together and show their true colours on the field.
The stage is set for an epic showdown at C.ex Coffs International Stadium, where the Titans will look to rise to the occasion and come out on top.
