Brian To'o is determined to push through despite his body's signals urging him to stop playing intensely this NRL finals series.

"It's been a massive roller coaster this year with injury setbacks and stuff," To'o remarked.

His injury issues have been so significant that he hardly trained for the second and third State of Origin matches, and his wife Moesha has even put a ban on him from dancing.

After being rested for the Panthers' last two games, To'o is reenergized for Saturday's elimination final against the Warriors.

"Two weeks goes a long way," he stated.

"I really appreciate coach for resting me. I was dying to play for the boys but felt like it was needed to rest the body and get myself ready for finals."

To'o's injury struggles this season follow years of pushing himself to the extremes during the Panthers' championship run.
