Sam Bremner, the former NRLW skipper for the Dragons, is now enjoying life off the field as the Female Football Manager for the club.

Despite uncertainty in the early days of the women's rugby league, Bremner is thrilled to be a part of the sport's rapid growth.

In 2018, Bremner led the Dragons as their inaugural NRLW skipper, unsure of what the future held for women's rugby league.

Fast forward to today, and the sport has seen significant professional and grassroots development.

Bremner, who retired following the Roosters' Grand Final win in October, is grateful to still be involved in the game she loves.

Bremner, a Helensburgh junior, is excited to be back in her new role at the Dragons and is embracing the opportunity to contribute to the growth of women's rugby league.

She expressed her enthusiasm about the current state of the sport, saying, "I'm psyched to still be on the bullet train that is women's rugby league."

Now, as the Female Football Manager for the Dragons, Bremner is enjoying life off the field and is dedicated to making a positive impact on the development of women's rugby league.

She is passionate about supporting and encouraging young girls to get involved in the sport and achieve their goals.

Bremner's journey in rugby league has come full circle, from leading the Dragons on the field to now leading the way in promoting and growing the women's game.

She is grateful for the opportunities the sport has given her and is committed to giving back and inspiring the next generation of female players.
