Brave Billy's Broken Jaw Ignites Rooster's Winning Vow

'We've Just Got To Keep Winning': Roosters Inspired By Brave Billy

In a shocking revelation, it has been reported that Billy Smith, a player for the Roosters, played 38 minutes of last Saturday's elimination final with a broken jaw.

This news has left his team-mates in disbelief, but they are determined to continue their winning streak in the hopes that Smith can return for the grand final.

Unfortunately, Smith now joins fellow star backs Joey Manu and Joey Suaali'i on the casualty list for their upcoming finals clash against Melbourne.

It was discovered through x-rays that Smith had fractured his jaw due to a high shot from Sharks prop Tom Hazelton.

However, there is a possibility that Smith could be available for the grand final if the Roosters make it that far.

The Roosters players were only informed of Smith's injury on Monday, as they were reviewing their narrow victory over the Sharks, in which they overcame multiple setbacks.

Despite being a rookie with a limited number of NRL matches under his belt, Smith has shown great potential and skill in his 15 appearances this season.

His absence will undoubtedly be felt by the team, but they are inspired by his bravery and are determined to keep winning in his honor.
