Sharks backrower Billy Burns has opted for an early plea, allowing him to avoid suspension and remain eligible for the next game.
He received a grade one careless high tackle charge for an incident involving Roosters forward Siua Wong during the 58th minute of Saturday's match in Perth.
By accepting the charge, Burns will incur a fine of $1,800.
Meanwhile, teammate Blayke Brailey, who was reported for a potential hip drop, was not charged by the NRL's match review committee.
The Sharks will have a bye in round seven, with their next game scheduled for Friday, April 24, against the North Queensland Cowboys in Townsville.
