Dragons fall short despite Berry's four

In a thrilling NRLW match at Netstrata Jubilee Stadium, the Titans emerged victorious against the Dragons with a narrow 23-22 win.

Despite a spirited comeback led by Teagan Berry, the Dragons fell short in their efforts.

Berry, who had an outstanding performance, scored an impressive four tries during the match, keeping the Dragons in the game after initially trailing 14-0 to the visitors.

The Titans started strongly, with Jaime Chapman scoring an early try on the left edge.

This was quickly followed by tries from Jessika Elliston and Evania Pelite through the middle of the field, giving the Titans a comfortable lead in the first half.

However, Berry showcased her brilliance with a stunning effort from 40 meters out, reducing the deficit for the Dragons.

The home side was also handed a reprieve when Destiny Mino-Sinapati dropped the ball on the siren, denying the Titans a try.

Berry continued her remarkable performance, scoring two more tries to snatch the lead for the Dragons.

But the Titans displayed resilience and held their nerve.

Chapman, who had a fantastic game, burned the Dragons on the left edge, crossing for a double and leveling the scores.

The Dragons had a chance to take the lead with a conversion kick, but Lauren Brown missed, keeping the game in the balance.

Berry capitalized on this opportunity and scored another try, leveling the scores once again.

However, the Titans sealed the victory with just 40 seconds remaining on the clock.

Brown, who had an off day with the boot, stepped up and successfully kicked a field goal, securing the win for the Titans.

Despite Berry's exceptional efforts and four tries, the Dragons were unable to overcome the Titans' resilience.

It was a thrilling match that showcased the skills and determination of both teams.
