Kezie Apps has made 20 NSW appearances this year and reached 50 NRLW matches.
She was also named NRLW Dally M Captain of the Year.
Apps is set to earn her 25th appearance for Australia this Sunday.
She is on the interchange bench for the Jillaroos' World Cup semi-final against Fiji Bulikula at Allianz Stadium.
Last weekend, Apps scored in Australia's record 124-6 victory over Wales.
The Bega Roosters junior debuted against New Zealand at WIN Stadium on 9 November 2014, in a 12-8 defeat.
She featured in all five matches of Australia's 2017 World Cup-winning campaign, which concluded with a 23-16 victory over New Zealand in Brisbane.
Apps secured her second world title in England in 2022, sharing the captaincy with Sam Bremner and Ali Brigginshaw.
She played three matches in that tournament, including Australia's 54-4 final win over New Zealand at Old Trafford.
Apps and Brigginshaw continued to co-captain the Jillaroos at the 2024 and 2025 Pacific Championships.
At club level, Apps helped Wests Tigers win the 2022 NSW Women's Premiership before becoming an inaugural NRLW co-captain in 2023.
