This global initiative will include a draft system where players are auctioned off to teams.
Furthermore, News Corp recently disclosed that Dragons' edge forward Jaydn Su'A is also being targeted by this rebel competition.
Scheduled to launch in 2027, the league could attract Su'A, who is currently under contract until the end of 2026 and has a player option for the following year, allowing him the potential to leave before that.
