Andrew Fifita, a notable former forward who represented Australia, Tonga, and the NSW Blues, has secured a contract with a new team ahead of the upcoming season, enabling him to extend his rugby league career.

After last playing in the NRL in 2022, Fifita will be joining Kincumber Colts in the Central Coast Division Rugby League competition, where he looks forward to reuniting with his twin brother, David Fifita.

This move follows his participation in the local Cronulla rugby league competition earlier this year with De La Salle.

The Colts, founded in 1978, recently had an impressive season in 2025, clinching the championship by defeating the Toukley Hawks 18-12 in the Grand Final.

Bringing extensive experience and expertise to the team, Fifita has played a total of 252 first-grade matches throughout his illustrious 13-season career with the Wests Tigers (2010-11) and the Cronulla Sharks (2012-22).

In addition to being a one-time premiership winner, Fifita has represented Tonga in 10 international matches, played seven times for Australia, and appeared in ten State of Origin games for the NSW Blues between 2013 and 2017.
