Leiataua was making his comeback for the club's New South Wales team against Newtown last Saturday when he suffered the injury in the 59th minute, forcing him to leave the field.
In a more positive update, centre Rocco Berry, recovering from a hamstring issue, is expected to be ready for the Warriors' round 16 match against Penrith on June 21.
