In preparation to prevent a series sweep by the Blues, Harvey Norman Queensland Maroons five-eighth Tarryn Aiken emphasized that "defence will be the key" to their success.

NRL.com.au reports that the Maroons have struggled in the opening two games, particularly in the middle, failing to respond effectively when faced with shifting momentum.

Despite facing challenges, including the absence of key players like star fullback Tamika Upton and dependable middle Keilee Joseph, Aiken remains optimistic that her team can change the outcome.
