Addo-Carr Supports Lomax in Eels Legal Fight

Josh Addo-Carr has expressed his support for former teammate Zac Lomax as the Parramatta Eels prepare for legal action to block Lomax's potential return to the NRL.

While focusing on his debut season with the Eels, Addo-Carr mentioned that he maintains regular communication with Lomax throughout this ongoing situation.

Last year, Parramatta released Lomax from the last three years of his contract but included a clause that restricts him from joining any other NRL club without the Eels' consent.

Lomax is now eager to join the Melbourne Storm, igniting a legal confrontation between him and his former club.

Amid this uncertainty, Addo-Carr expressed hope for an amicable resolution for Lomax. "It's completely up to the NRL and what's going on there," he told the Daily Telegraph.

"But Zac's a good mate of mine and I'm happy with whatever he does. I just check in and see how he's going, that's about it."

Earlier this year, Lomax faced a failed attempt by Super League club R360 to secure his services, leaving him to seek an opportunity back in the NRL, with the Storm now emerging as a viable option.
