Manly Sea Eagles star Tom Trbojevic has recently made headlines due to his reported dissatisfaction with the club he has been with for the past decade.
The 2021 Dally M Medal winner was rumored to be considering a move to the Super League, suggesting a potential exit from the Sea Eagles.
However, according to a report from The Sydney Morning Herald, a surprising development has emerged: Trbojevic will stay with Manly for the foreseeable future.
'Turbo' has opted to reject overseas offers and has signed a three-year, $2.5 million contract extension with the club.
He will remain at the Northern Beaches until 2029, and there's speculation that the deal could expand to $3 million due to a broadcast ratchet clause kicking in from 2028.
