NRLW 2024: Broncos forward speaks out on chaotic clash

Brisbane Broncos NRLW powerhouse Annetta-Claudia Nuuausala, who is staring down a three-week suspension for her involvement in a fiery brawl, has finally broken her silence on the dramatic altercation that unfolded during the clash with the Eels.

The New Zealand international is now looking at a potential five-week spell on the sidelines after being penalized for striking Kennedy Cherrington and executing a hip-drop tackle on Kennedy's sibling Rueben.

Sparking a skirmish that saw fists flying, Nuuausala has fired back at her rivals by suggesting that the incident was blown out of proportion.

She has made no apologies for her actions on the field, which landed her in the sin bin.

"Hey everyone, I appreciate all the support and messages during this time," she shared on social media, via The Daily Telegraph.
